This role is supervisory with the responsibilities for the Care Assistants on shift, the management of the building, for staffing and ensuring that all the personal and medical/nursing needs of residents are met.  Promoting improvement in nursing care and standards of general and personal care.

Glastonbury.  3 nights per week.

£10.75 basic rate with enhancements for nights, weekends and bank holidays.
